MĀN has fully equipped in-house Design & Drawing Office, having experienced Technicians and Engineers with experience from 10 years to more than 30 years. To support them MĀN also has Design Software with large library of various configurations as inbuilt module.

Because of design capability, MĀN is known for procuring orders on higher price by optimizing structures and foundations designs together.

Because of MĀN design and drawing capabilities, MĀN has many firsts to its credit, including, being the first exporters of Microwave Towers, having first designer of microwave towers in India, having manufactured Bilby tower first time in India.

MĀN has designed and successfully tested 33, 66, 132 & 220 kv S/C & D/C towers. Besides this MĀN has also designed 400 kv towers, Switchyard / substation structures upto 400 kv including pipe structures and Microwave antenna towers of upto 100 meter height, catering to customer in India and abroad, based on national and internal standards.

MĀN has been testing their towers on competitors test beds and their success rate is higher than 90%.

MĀN’s design and drawing office uses computerized working and caters to preparation of shop sketches and BOM for structures thereby reducing substantial time in pre-production activity.
